What a great Summer Slam Car Show for 2014!
We got lucky with the rain holding off until the very end of the show, and then it was only a light rain that stopped.

Happy 50th Anniversary Mustang!
What an awesome few days it has been as the world hahas celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang. The trip to see the celebration at Charlotte Motor Speedway was awesome. There were so many cars to see you needed weeks to see them all. Check out the slide show of photos in the Event Pics section of the website.
What a great start to the 2014 Show season!!! We all look forward to more celebrations.

Pony Cruise and Fish Fry
What a wonderful September day cruising in the cars with the Corvette club to Brookville Lake, Metamora and back to Frank's home for a great Fish Fry! Fun for all! Pictures of the event are posted in the Events Pics of our HMC website and on Facebook.
Southside Mustang show
A good show at Southside Mustang this weekend, even though everyone got rained on, on the way home. Steve Weidner received "Best Engine" Award. The rest of the members at the show received participation awards.
Falls City Mustang and All Ford Show
Another great weekend. We had a group of 7 cars represent the HMC well at the show. Fred and Joy Connor took a 3rd Place, Frank and Sandy Bayles took a 1st Place. Dave and Valarie Sell won Best Ford.
E-town Parade and night at Sud's
What a great weekend…. we made it through the rain before the Elizabethtown Parade and what a crazy night with a large group from HMC at Sud's in Greenwood.
Great Memorial Day Weekend
What a great weekend!. The Madison Car Show was beautiful, placed in a nice setting next to the Ohio River. Congratulations to Fred and Joy Connor and Ed Byers for winning Top 100 Awards. Also Ed won a Judges Choice Award. Also congratulations to Dave and Valarie Sell for winning "Best Mustang" Post 1970.

Important dates
To all club member. Some upcoming important dates to be aware of.
1st. Ridders cruise ins start April 30
2nd. 35th anniversary of our club picture will be taken at the Clarion Hotel which used to be Holiday Inn. Same places where we have our car show. We will gather on the north side of the hotel by the pond. Be there promptly at noon, There has been some arrangements made to have a newspaper representative there to take pictures of our cars and club pictures also interviewing Club members. Please everybody that can possibly come. Please do so because we're having a special book made to celebrate the 35th anniversary of our club. After the picture session are cobweb tour will start from there
3rd. We have one date on the calendar for the 27th and we've also added another event the SCCA of Indianapolis is got a road rally scheduled at Southern Plaza just north of 465 on 31 that morning. And also on that day they got a Ford appreciation day at the Kentucky Speedway. I have attached both fliers for the event in Indianapolis and the event in Kentucky I will be going to Kentucky. We all don't have to go to the same place, so if somebody wants to go to Indy and or Kentucky that's just fine.

A great way to start off the Car Show season for 2013 with 8 of our club cars making the drive down to the show. 4 of our members received top 25 awards for Peoples Choice.
